Terms of ServiceWe use PayPal for secure checkout or if you are local we will accept cash or check. There is extra shipping costs for Hawaii and Alaska, please email us for a quote.
We aim to please, If you receive an item and are unhappy with it there is a 14 day return policy. You must contact us within 14 days of the box arriving(according to the tracking), no exceptions. Once we receive the item back you will receive a full refund for the item (not shipping) or we can exchange for a different size. All Sales are final on Bra's.
If it is a horse item (saddle pads, girths, etc) the item must be like new to receive a full refund. No hair, dirt, etc can be on it.
If the item is damaged when you receive it, you have 4 days to contact us from date the box arrives. You must show proof that the item is damaged (pictures) and I will ship another one.
